PDP London has gained planning permission for its sensitive proposal to develop a new residential scheme for Loxley Holdings Management Limited at 34 Palace Court. The site is situated in the City of Westminster’s Bayswater Conservation Area.
The proposals include the redevelopment and change of use from office to provide 24 residential units over basement to fourth floor, including the accommodation of 18 car parking spaces, 24 cycle spaces, plant and basement level.
The design seeks to repair the urban fabric of the interrupted streetscape by providing a façade modulation that is a contemporary reinterpretation of the adjoining Queen Anne buildings on Palace Court and the terraced houses on Moscow road. This will also include the façade retention of the Chapel Side mews houses.
