PDP London has received planning permission for Park Crescent West, a high profile development in Marylebone.
One half of the 19th century Grade I listed terraces, the scheme proposes the removal of the poor 1960s office buildings behind the John Nash façades, and rebuilding to return the development to its original residential use.
The proposal includes 64 new apartments including 9 mews houses at the rear of the development.
