3-10 Grosvenor Crescent
PDP London returned the former Red Cross HQ building, a terrace of eight Grade II* Listed houses, to residential use, creating fourteen large apartments and three small flats for the super-prime residential market.
The key to the success of the scheme is the restoration of the principal historic elements of the houses. The apartments are planned so that the original hierarchy and order of the important rooms at ground and first floors remain intact and are used to form the key spaces in some magnificent dwellings. Behind the main body of the terrace is a substantial basement construction providing parking, plantrooms and a private pool.
