PDP London is currently working on proposals to convert the former 'In and Out Club' to a hotel. The scheme is an amalgamation of sites comprised of the centrepiece 18th century, Grade I listed 94 Piccadilly - former residence of Lord Palmerston, as well as two Grade II listed buildings at 90-93 Piccadilly and 95 Piccadilly, the non-listed 42 Half Moon Street and 10-12 White Horse Street & 12 Shepherd Market.
The 18,000 sqm (GIA) development incorporates listed interiors into grand hotel suites and publicly accessible amenities such as the ballroom and spa facility.
The hotel suites at the front of the scheme will provide views out over Green Park as will the private residences including the duplex penthouse with generous external roof space. Modern facilities will be integrated into the historic fabric to provide the standards a luxury hotel demands
