PDP London has won planning application and listed building connect, to convert the former 'In and Out Club' at 90-95 Picadilly, back to residential use. The grand home will extend over almost 5000sqm, and will include a new swimming pool, spa, gym and parking for 12 cars, as well as the original 18th Century grand stair, receiving rooms, wine cellar and a 19th Century ballroom.
Other components of the scheme include the 1182sqm Grade II Listed former American Club, which is also to be converted back to its original residential use and Grade II Listed Green Park Chambers, which will provide 6 large lateral apartments (ranging in size from 254 - 598sqm) plus retail space suitable for a restaurant or gallery.
