We’re attending the BCO Conference 2022

Andrew Davidson, Cian Scanlon and Douglas Sibley will be at the BCO Conference in Manchester from 14th-16th June. Regarded as one of the office sector’s leading events, we’re looking forward to networking and discussing the changing role of the office in our lives, particularly in the wake of the pandemic.

Andrew is a Partner at PDP London with extensive experience in designing and delivering complex projects. His design flair and sound project management skills have contributed to the success of a wide variety of high-quality refurbishment and new build projects, often on historically sensitive sites. Andrew is currently involved in the transformation of the former Shell-Mex House into Eighty Strand, a heritage icon which will become a workplace of the future with a focus on people, comfort and wellbeing.

With experience in the reuse of existing buildings, Cian is an Associate here at PDP London who believes it is possible to creatively adapt and repurpose spaces and places to make them relevant for future use for decades to come. As the project lead for the transformation of the House of Fraser Store on Oxford Street, Cian is at the forefront of designing for our new ways of living and working.

Douglas is an architect with a keen interest in good, sustainable design and is adept at technical detailing. He is also part of the team overseeing the adaptive repurposing of our Oxford Street project, where he is responsible for the external package of works.
