Film: Discover Regent's Crescent

We are delighted to invite you to take a look at the completed Regent’s Crescent development and hear from the architects involved in this one-of-a-kind project.

The sweeping Grade I listed Regent’s Crescent, originally designed by John Nash, has been rebuilt and thoroughly modernised to provide luxury residences and amenities in the heart of London.

A complex project, Regent’s Crescent comprises sixty eight new apartments and nine contemporary Garden Villas to the rear, as well as seeing two 1960s blocks retrofitted and upgraded behind the iconic crescent building. Due to bomb damage sustained during WWII, retaining the original Grade I listed facade was not viable, so following extensive consultation and research, it was demolished and rebuilt, notably the first ever reconstruction of a Grade I listed façade.
