With extensive experience in high-end residential refurbishments across all work stages, Chris is well versed in working with central London’s historic buildings. This means he is able to anticipate and mitigate the potential challenges and problems that working with older buildings brings.

Responsible for much of the work in the practice with Cadogan Estate, Chris has led teams that have created and refurbished many bijou restaurant and retail spaces with luxury apartments above, primarily for the rental market. His key projects include Basil Street which houses Harry’s Dolce Vita restaurant, Cadogan Arms on the King’s Road and Colette Court on Sloane Street.

As an active member of the practice wide, technical forum, Chris uses his expertise and site experience in checking information and providing advice across all projects. With additional training in waterproofing and upgrading existing fabric to modern external envelope standards Chris has invaluable insight into finishes detailing.
