Three historic buildings on the site will be restored or refurbished and enjoyed once again; the Grade I listed Cambridge House and Grade II listed 90-93 and 95 Piccadilly. Adjacent sites on Half Moon Street, White Horse Street and Shepherd Market are also part of the development.

Centred around the historic, Palladian mansion with its portico and ballroom, the complex scheme combines restoration, retention and new build. The team are working in close consultation with Westminster City Council’s conservation officer and Heritage England.

On the eastern side the Grade II listed property at 90-93 Piccadilly will be part retained and combined with 42 Half Moon Street to provide lateral apartments with retail and restaurant areas below. On the opposite side, bars and restaurants with accommodation above are located at 95 Piccadilly which is being restored. A lower ground level and three basement levels will accommodate wellness and leisure facilities and the back of house and servicing.

Interior collaboration is with Jean-Louis Deniot who is known for his luxurious and eclectic, yet contemporary interiors. The project was adapted towards a BIM Level 2 standard at the beginning of Stage 3, with the introduction of a BIM consultant at Stage 4 to continue maintaining BIM Level 2 standards from Stage 4 onwards.
