In collaboration with DSC Group this proposal won an international competition to design one of the world’s finest golf and marina destinations. Located in a luxurious tropical resort in Punta Colorada, Cuba the development presented a unique design concept opportunity.

The proposed scheme includes three hotels, marina, residences and associated restaurants, retail and leisure facilities throughout. At the heart of the development are four 9-hole golf courses which allow visitors to create their own 18-hole course from any combination they choose.

A central golf club will provide the spatial link between the four distinct golf experiences on offer—along with great views, food, drink and relaxation. A new canal will enable water taxi connections between the beach hotel and the marina, as well as increasing the viable waterfront area for construction.

Six villages will provide 1,650 private residences, each with its own character and town square. Further sports and leisure facilities will include water sports and equestrian centres, including polo fields and an extensive network of riding trails.
