Terracotta rainscreen cladding references the red London stock of the immediate context and neighbouring buildings of this conservation area. Minimally detailed projecting bay windows maximise views and orientation.

 
 
 

This very restrained urban site contained a single low-rise residential dwelling that had sustained bomb damage. It achieves Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
