We're attending IHIF

Andrew Davidson, Lauren Middlin, Will Notley and Navin Veeroo will be at the International Hospitality Investment Forum (IHIF) from 15th-18th May 2023.

Andrew is a Partner at Studio PDP with extensive experience in designing and delivering complex projects. His design flair and sound project management skills have contributed to the success of a wide variety of high-quality refurbishment and new build projects, often on historically sensitive sites. Andrew is the partner lead for the 100 bed, 5 star Cambridge House Hotel on Piccadilly which includes a street facing bar and restaurant, retail, function and events spaces, spa and gym.

Lauren is our Lead Interior Designer. With team lead experience in both architecture and interior design, she is uniquely placed to understand how both areas of expertise combine and contribute to a project. She has a keen eye for detail and enjoys the collaborative and technical aspects of design, working closely with clients, consultants and the wider team to ensure positive and successful design outcomes. Experience includes the interior design for the landlord and tenant areas of the Grade II listed Art Deco landmark Eighty Strand, creating a high quality reception, entrance and end of trip facilities. For Cambridge House Hotel, Lauren collaborated with Jean-Louis Deniot on the fit out for the hotel suites.

Will is our Director of Hospitality. An experienced architect on both new build and heritage projects, he is very comfortable leading complex projects which combine both sets of skills and knowledge. Following an early interest in vernacular architecture, Will also values a sensitive approach where existing buildings that are rooted in context are carefully brought back to life. This is particularly important for those projects that contain listed building stock. Will leads the team on the Cambridge House Hotel development, which sees a range of Grade I and Grade II listed buildings, as well as new build elements, brought together in one project on Piccadilly.

Navin is an Associate at Studio PDP. He is an experienced architect with a focus on the design quality of the end product. His skills are in realising the original vision and design intent through careful technical application, coordination and management. With a strong interest in sustainable architecture, Navin has completed an OCN Level 5 Professional Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management. Currently working on the complex Cambridge House Hotel project, Navin is managing the coordination of the hotel operations and services which will be important to the success of the development.
