This Christmas we are supporting the Architects Benevolent Society (ABS), who support past and present members of the wider architectural community and their families, and Chickenshed, who strive to make a better future for young people.

Our London studio will be closed from 6pm on Thursday 21st December 2023. We will reopen on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Our Hong Kong Studio’s project in the heart of Tokyo for client BPE Asia, was awarded ‘gold’ in the ‘Best residential development’ category at the recent MIPIM Asia awards. A wonderful way to round out the year!

The team was appointed to design an exclusive residential development in the prestigious Jingumae area of Tokyo, just a moment away from Omotesando - an area well known for a large number of international fashion flagship stores and popular restaurants. A key challenge was developing the building envelope and facade design working with the difficult constraints of the site.

Unveiled recently by developers CIT, 8 Eaton Lane is a prominent part of the original Grosvenor Estate, and it will be undergoing a meticulous restoration and rebuild to become a collection of 42 residences and seven retail units. The original façade of the building, overlooking Grosvenor Gardens, will be fully restored, with contemporary new build apartments set behind, facing onto Eaton Lane.
